In the Green Plaza complex there are a total of 973 luxury apartments arranged in three lamellas: Three Wings, Golden Breeze and Windy Pines.

Lamela Three Wings contains the largest number of apartments, 509. Lamela Golden Breeze offers 273, and Lamela Windy Pines 191. From studios and one-room apartments, to two-room and luxury penthouse-apartments with a beautiful view of the nature of Zlatibor, everyone can find their perfect home.

Customers can choose between 16 different types of apartments, divided into three categories – classic apartments, duplexes (gallery apartments) and penthouses, whose square footage varies from an intimate 27.97 m² to a spacious 203.54 m².

Five types of penthouses are available.

During construction, there is the possibility of combining two apartments into one, thus obtaining a larger housing unit ideal for large families or those looking for additional space.
